Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Account Manager

to handle

C2H IT staffing

for domestic clients. The role involves end-to-end client management, requirement fulfillment, and coordination with recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end

C2H hiring

for assigned domestic clients Act as a single point of contact for clients for all staffing needs Gather, understand, and validate client requirements Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure quality profiles and quick turnaround Track submissions, interviews, offers, and joining's Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction Drive closures and meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications

5–16 years of experience in

IT staffing

, preferably in

C2H hiring Strong experience in

domestic client handling Good understanding of IT skills and staffing lifecycle Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Hands-on experience working closely with recruiters

Preferred Skills

Experience working with mid to large-size domestic IT clients Strong follow-up and coordination skills Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
