2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

SAP TPM Consultant

with strong expertise in

SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM)

and integration with

SAP CRM, BW-IP, and S/4HANA . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP TPM implementations, configuration, planning processes, and trade promotion lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Work on

SAP TPM implementation and support projects

across the full lifecycle. Configure and manage

SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management

solutions. Handle

Customer Business Planning (CBP)

processes including: CBP plan creation and setup Plan extension Planning profile hierarchy (Customer Planning Hierarchy) Configure

Responsibility Area, Query Profile, and Integrated Planning Profile Group . Manage

promotion planning

including: Promotion types Promotion master query setup Scenario planning Configure and maintain

Baseline, Drags & Drivers, and Latest Estimate setup . Work on

Product assortment planning and product tree setup . Implement and support

Condition Contract and Settlement (CCS)

processes. Support

SAP TPM integration with SAP BW-IP, SAP S/4HANA, and CRM Middleware . Work with

CRM master data setup and middleware configuration . Participate in all stages of the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

including: Requirement analysis Design Development support Testing Perform

unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing

user support . Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

Agile environment , participating in: Sprint planning Daily stand-ups Continuous delivery processes. Provide

regular updates to onsite teams/clients

during daily and weekly calls. Required Skills Strong experience in

SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) . Knowledge of

SAP TPM, TFM, TCM, and TPM–BW Integration . Hands-on experience in: CBP Planning Promotion Planning Scenario Planning Product Tree and Summary Query Setup Expertise in

SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management configuration . Experience with

SAP CRM Middleware configuration, adapter objects, and business documents . Integration experience with

SAP BW-IP and SAP S/4HANA CCS . Understanding of

CRM master data setup and integration . Preferred Skills Knowledge of

BW Planning and HANA modeling . Experience with

SAP S/4HANA Trade Management or Revenue Growth Management migration/implementation . Experience debugging: WebUI ABAP reports BW Planning functions Familiarity with

ASAP methodology and ITIL frameworks . Soft Skills Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills . Strong

analytical and problem-solving ability . Ability to

lead team members and coordinate with onsite stakeholders . Comfortable working in

Agile/Scrum environments .
