Role: OE / KAE (OEM Sales & Account Management)
Experience: 4-6 Years
Location: Pune
What we’re looking for:
4–6 years
of experience in
OE / OEM Key Account Management
Hands-on exposure to
automotive OEMs
Strong understanding of
OEM processes, supply coordination & quality standards
BE / DME
(Marketing & Sales preferred)
Excellent
communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
What you’ll do:
Act as the
single point of contact
for assigned
OEM customers
Manage relationships with
SCM, Purchase, Quality & Engineering teams
Handle
RFQs, costing, quotations, price negotiations & LTAs
Drive
new business opportunities
across parts, platforms & value-added products
Coordinate
order execution, schedules & dispatches
Support
PPAP, audits, customer complaints & change management
Ensure
commercial closures
– debit/credit notes, claims & pay
