About the Role The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through Emo Matrix’s academic and training programs. This is a target-driven sales role focused on generating admissions, nurturing leads, and ensuring smooth communication between students and the institution.

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Conversion Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. Counsel prospective students about course offerings, career outcomes, and admission requirements. Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and aligning them to suitable programs. Maintain high follow-up discipline as per CRM guidelines.

2. Sales & Targets Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the business team. Participate in promotional campaigns, outreach activities, and marketing events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students to maximize conversions.

3. Client Support (Pre-Admission) Assist candidates in documenting and completing the enrollment process. Provide clarity on curriculum, fees, timelines, and academic expectations.

4. Reporting & Coordination Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Coordinate closely with the marketing, academic, and operations teams.

Required Skills Excellent communication (verbal & written). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to explain academic programs in a simplified manner. Confidence, professionalism, and problem-solving attitude. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM preferred).

Eligibility Fresh graduates only (any discipline; psychology, commerce, and business preferred). Passionate about student counseling and career guidance. Strong interest in sales, targets, and customer interaction.
