We’re Hiring: Sales- State head – C&I & Residential (Telangana)

Location: Hyderabad + Key Districts, Telangana

Department: Sales & Business Development

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive/Manager for Commercial, Industrial & Residential segments, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing channels, and achieving sales targets within your territory.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Generate and convert leads across C&I and residential segments - Conduct site assessments, feasibility checks, and customer presentations - Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle commercial negotiations - Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets - Update CRM regularly and maintain accurate forecasts

Market & Channel Development

- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, EPCs - Build relationships with builders, industries, facility managers & residential societies - Conduct marketing events, roadshows, and partner training sessions

Customer Relationship Management

- Engage with CXOs, procurement heads, facility managers, and homeowners - Provide strong pre- and post-sales support - Drive customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and referrals

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance & service teams - Submit MIS reports and track competitor activity - Ensure full compliance with company policies

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication & negotiation skills - Experience in B2B/C&I/residential sales — solar, electrical, HVAC, real estate, security systems, appliances, etc., preferred - Ability to independently manage field sales - Understanding of Telangana’s market dynamics - Good proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Business preferred) - MBA is a plus - 2–8 years of sales experience (role seniority will vary accordingly)

- Achievement of sales targets - Lead-to-order conversion ratio - Channel partner activation and performance - Customer satisfaction & retention - New market/account expansion

Work Environment

Field-intensive role with daily travel across Telangana

Frequent visits to customer sites, industrial parks, residential clusters & partner locations
