Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager role based in
India. The CRM Manager will oversee customer relationships by designing and implementing effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, managing sales initiatives, developing market segmentation strategies, collaborating with teams to manage projects, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and convey strategies effectively
Proven experience in sales and market segmentation to optimize customer engagement and business growth
Competency in project management to lead and coordinate complex initiatives
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
