Role Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished

Senior Generative AI Expert

with a strong background in

AI/ML model development, LLM-based solutions, data engineering, and end-to-end AI product delivery . The ideal candidate has at least

15+ years

of experience in advanced software/analytics engineering and

3+ years of hands-on GenAI work , including LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, agent-based systems, and enterprise-grade AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development

of AI-powered chatbot solutions with Text-to-SQL capabilities. Architect and implement intuitive

custom UI

using

Streamlit

for internal tools and

ReactJS

for production-facing applications. Proven ability to

lead and mentor a team , manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vector databases and semantic search (e.g., OpenSearch, Pinecone). Prior experience building internal developer tools or enterprise chat interfaces. Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LangChain or similar frameworks. AWS/GCP/Azure Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty) is a plus.

Qualifications 15+ years

of experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, or related fields. 3+ years of hands-on experience

in Generative AI, large language models, or deep learning. Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, agents, vector databases, and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.). Experience with

Python , ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud AI stacks (AWS/Azure). Strong understanding of data pipelines, analytics platforms, and big data ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.). Proven expertise in designing scalable, production-ready AI/ML systems. Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading strategic AI initiatives.
