The organisation focuses on research-led advisory solutions for affluent clients, offering a diversified range of investment products while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.

Title: Relationship Manager (RM) Location: Gurgaon Education: Graduate Experience: 2 - 8 years in Wealth Management

About the Role:

The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for managing affluent client portfolios, acquiring new clients, and delivering high-quality investment advice. The role works closely with Advisors/Investment Analysts to ensure effective advisory execution, strong client outcomes, and consistent engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Management: Manage and grow affluent client portfolios Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance discussions Build long-term, trusted client relationships

2. Client Acquisition & Business Development: Acquire new clients through referrals, professional networks, and relationship-building Develop and maintain a strong personal and professional network Contribute to overall business growth and revenue targets

3. Advisory Execution: Work closely with Advisors / Investment Analysts to design and deliver investment solutions Ensure accurate documentation of investment advice and recommendations Adhere to internal processes and regulatory guidelines

4. CRM & Platform Usage: Maintain sales funnels, client records, and activity updates in the CRM Effectively use digital platforms and AI-enabled RM tools (RM Co-Pilot) to enhance productivity and client engagement

Requirement: 3–8 years of experience in affluent / HNI wealth management Strong client acquisition and relationship-building ability Excellent communication and presentation skills Client-centric mindset with a good understanding of investment advisory products
