The profile is research based and the '

Research Analyst

' would be required to give ratings to the financial products and services offered by UK-based firms. This process enables the customers to make informed decisions regarding the quality and services being offered. To facilitate this, the analyst is required to rate the financial products/services offered by UK-based banks and financial institutions. Specific features of these offerings are rated, contingent to certain parameters that are made available through investigative documentsand web searches.

Roles and Responsibilities: Gathering data for product ratings, including mystery shopping and analyzing terms and conditions documents. Keeping up to date with market trends and developing methodologies. Ensuring that the Insight Portal is kept up-to-date and accurate. Maintaining Google Sheets to score various brands based on the derived information

Required Candidate Profile: Candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, an eye for detail and inquisitive nature. Organisation skills, including keeping track of multiple ongoing projects are essential. Candidate must have excellent English communication skills (Reading/Writing/Spoken). Candidate should have first-hand experience in surfing the Internet, using search tools like Google etc. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel is a must. Should be a University degree holder in

B. Com, BBA, BBS, and Economics. Candidates with prior experience in the Banking and Insurance sectors are preferred.
