Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, connect with, and qualify potential customers. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads
Understand customer pain points and position Chat360’s solutions effectively
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)
Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
Ability to understand SaaS / tech products (training will be provided)
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
