Role Description

This is an exciting on-site role in Bengaluru for a Graduate Trainee Engineer. The Graduate Trainee Engineer will be responsible for supporting engineering teams in designing, developing, and implementing projects. Key day-to-day tasks include assisting senior engineers, performing technical assessments, conducting research, analyzing data, working on prototypes, and preparing project documentation. The candidate will also participate in team meetings, provide innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in engineering principles, problem-solving, and critical thinking Proficiency in technical tools and software, such as CAD, simulation tools, or programming languages relevant to the field Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to learn from senior engineers Knowledge of quality standards, safety procedures, and project management basics Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant Engineering fields Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset Previous internship or project experience in engineering roles is a plus
