Manager – Operations and Performance

Neev is embarking on a very ambitious growth plans both in India and international markets leveraging its strong footprint and offering technology led new products and platforms for smart urban infrastructure and operations.

· Hyperdash (www.hyperdash.city) is a new subsidiary of Neev Energy bringing indigenous designed and developed suite of integrated AI led solutions for smart urban infrastructure combining advanced lighting technology with IoT connectivity and intelligent management systems. Its flagship offerings include Intelligent lighting controllers (HyperControl), smart Lighting Management platform (Hyperlite) and Digital operations platform (HyperStreet). The company plans to grow rapidly both in fast growing India as well as selected international markets of Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Key Responsibilities · 1. Delivery Operations & Project Governance • Own and run project review cadence (weekly, monthly, executive) across all domestic and international projects. • Track and drive execution outcomes across cost, timelines, billing, collections, SLAs, and contractual commitments. • Work closely with project heads and field teams to ensure timely cross-functional support from HQ. • Maintain project-wise and region-wise performance scorecards. • Coordinate resource and capacity planning across delivery teams.

· 2. MIS, Analytics & Performance Management • Design, implement, and own management MIS and dashboards, including: o Project P&L and margins o Billing vs certification vs collections o Working capital and cash-flow indicators o Productivity, utilization, and cost leakages • Ensure data integrity and consistency across project, finance, inventory, and execution systems. • Provide CEO and leadership-ready insights, not just reports. • Build early-warning indicators for execution, commercial, and cash risks.

· 3. Financial & Commercial Management • Coordinate closely with the Finance team on: o Billing readiness and reconciliations o Collection tracking and follow-ups with project teams o Monitoring BGs, LDs, and commercial exposures • Drive working-capital discipline at project and portfolio level. • Proactively surface and escalate commercial and cash-flow risks.

· 4. Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with Quality, SCM, Engineering, Finance, Product/Technology, and Sales teams to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks. • Coordinate with the Quality Head to track audit findings, quality risks, and closures for operational visibility. • Ensure cross-functional actions are tracked, closed, and reflected in project reviews and MIS. • Own governance visibility and follow-through, without owning functional execution.

Business Planning & Market Enablement · Support the CEO and leadership team in annual and long-term business planning for Neev Energy and its subsidiaries, including Hyperdash Pvt Ltd. · Coordinate and track strategic initiatives emerging from business plans, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and execution follow-through. · Provide business and market inputs for product and service launches across Indian and international markets, working closely with Product, Technology, and BD teams. · Act as the central coordination point for: o Product and brand marketing initiatives o External marketing agencies and partners o Internal design and content teams · Ensure consistency, relevance, and timeliness of all external and internal communications across brands and geographies. · Oversee planning and coordination of the company’s participation in targeted industry events, exhibitions, and forums, with a clear focus on brand visibility, strategic positioning, and business outcomes. · Govern digital presence and content strategy across company websites, social media platforms, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with business priorities (without hands-on execution). · Enable Sales/BD and Technology teams with high-quality marketing collateral, narratives, and content, coordinated through agencies and internal resources. · Track and report market trends, competitor activity, and relevant government initiatives in target segments, and present insights and recommendations to leadership. · Collaborate closely with Sales/BD, Technology, Delivery Operations, and Finance to ensure market-facing initiatives are tightly linked to execution capacity and business goals.

Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Technology · MBA or equivalent exposure to business / finance / operations leadership strongly preferred from a reputed institute.

Experience & Profile · 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, delivery, PMO, or business operations roles within technology-led EPC / SI / infrastructure environments · Demonstrated leadership in multi-project, multi-geography delivery environments, including exposure to centralized governance / PMO / portfolio operations · Experience working with Government, Municipal, Urban Local Bodies, or large institutional customers preferred · Prior exposure to smart infrastructure domains (smart lighting, IoT, automation, utilities, smart cities, energy, urban infrastructure) is a strong advantage but not mandatory
