Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Retail Operations Manager to lead strategic and operational
initiatives across retail operations. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, driving
process excellence, managing cross-functional programs, and owning key business metrics.
The ideal candidate comes from a strong operations-heavy retail industry with proven
experience in managing large-scale programs, driving operational improvements, and working
in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and drive retail operations programs to improve business performance, operational
efficiency, and customer experience.
● Manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives across retail, supply chain,
sales, and business teams.
● Analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and implement scalable process
improvements.
● Own and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting
frameworks.
● Design and standardize operating processes, SOPs, and governance structures.
● Drive operational excellence initiatives including productivity improvement, cost
optimization, and service quality enhancement.
● Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategy into operational execution
plans.
● Lead problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges and bottlenecks.
● Ensure timely delivery of programs while managing stakeholders and business priorities.
● Support central operations and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Option 1 — MBA Route
● 2–4 years of experience post Tier-1 MBA.
● Strong exposure to program management, data analytics, or central operations.
● Experience in early or mid-stage startup environments preferred.
OR
Option 2 — Operations Experience Route
● 4–6 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or
analytics roles.
● Experience within retail, telecom, FMCG or 2W/4W Dealership preferred.
● Proven ability to own business metrics, drive cross-functional initiatives, and manage
large-scale process improvements.
