Dialysis Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Dialysis Technician. The primary responsibilities include performing dialysis, TPE procedures, assisting medical teams in patient care, monitoring vital signs during and after treatment, and ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation and maintenance. The role also involves providing compassionate care to patients undergoing treatment and supporting their medical needs.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Dialysis techniques - Skilled in providing high-quality Patient Care with a strong understanding of patient needs - Knowledgeable in Medicine relevant to dialysis and transplantation - Ability to monitor and interpret Vital Signs during treatment - Strong attention to detail and adherence to healthcare safety standards - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions - Diploma or certification in Dialysis Technology or a related healthcare field; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous - Hindi and Marati Mandatory
