Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Zonal Network Manager to expand, manage, and strengthen our EV two-wheeler dealership network across the assigned zone. The role focuses on dealer appointment, onboarding, CI implementation, performance management, and process standardization to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and appoint new dealers through market mapping and feasibility analysis
Lead end-to-end dealership onboarding and setup (showroom, workshop, manpower, systems)
Ensure Corporate Identity (CI) implementation and compliance audits
Monitor dealer performance (sales, service, profitability, customer satisfaction)
Support and nurture new dealers during initial 6–12 months
Develop and implement standardized dealer lifecycle processes
Act as the key point of contact for network-related matters in the zone
KPIs:
Dealer appointments vs. target
Activation timelines
CI compliance score
New dealer ramp-up performance
Dealer profitability & retention
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
5–8 years in automotive dealer network development
EV two-wheeler experience preferred
Strong exposure to dealership setup & CI implementation
