with strong expertise in Java backend development and extensive experience in designing scalable microservices within high-volume payment ecosystems. Proven ability to lead engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver secure, resilient, and high-performance systems in Agile environments. Experienced in mentoring engineers, managing delivery timelines, improving code quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.

Lead a team of backend engineers in building scalable and secure payment systems
Drive architecture decisions aligned with business scalability needs
Ensure high code quality, testing standards, and deployment readiness
Collaborate with Product and Business teams for roadmap execution
Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
Manage technical risks and production incidents
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
