SAP ABAP HR Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in

HR ABAP, ABAP on HANA, Fiori, RICEF, HANA CDS and Payroll . Candidates must have solid technical and functional exposure in SAP HCM.

Mandatory Skills (Profiles without these will not be considered): SAP HR ABAP (Core HR ABAP Development) ABAP on HANA SAP Fiori Development ABAP RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) HANA CDS Views Strong Payroll Experience (Mandatory)

Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years Strong experience in

SAP HR ABAP Design & Development Hands-on experience in

HCM RICEF objects

using HR logical databases (Reports, Programs, Screens) Functional knowledge of

Payroll (Mandatory), OM & PA Experience working with HR Macros for reading data from Infotypes Hands-on experience with HR-related FMs/BAPIs for updating HR data Experience in integrating external (non-SAP) systems with SAP Minimum 2+ full-cycle implementations as SAP HR ABAP Developer Strong hands-on experience in: Object-Oriented ABAP Smart Forms / SAP Scripts Interface Programming Enhancement Framework & BADIs Interactive Reporting Dialog Programming HANA CDS Views ABAP on HANA Development SAP Fiori/UI5 Development Proven experience in writing and validating Technical Specifications Ability to handle complex technical issues independently Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Good communication skills
