Job Summary
The HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policy implementation for office staff, site engineers, supervisors, and project workers.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Hire site engineers, supervisors, accountants, designers, and labor staff
Post job openings on Indeed, Apna, Naukri, etc.
Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates
Maintain employee database
HR Operations
Manage attendance & leave records
Handle payroll coordination
Prepare offer letters & appointment letters
Maintain employee files and documentation
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure labor law compliance
Maintain PF, ESI, and statutory records
Coordinate with consultants for legal compliance
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns
Maintain discipline at site and office
Develop HR policies and SOPs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA in HR preferred)
2–5 years HR experience (Construction / Contracting preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws & payroll processing
Strong communication & organizational skills
Experience hiring for site-based projects is a plus
