Business Development Executives
for a
high-activity outbound calling sales role . You will connect with potential US clients, generate interest, and support staffing & SOW project service sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calling sales outreach to US prospects
Introduce and explain staffing and SOW project service offerings
Understand client needs and record accurate follow-up details
Maintain lead logs, call records, and spreadsheets
Coordinate with internal sales teams for follow-ups and conversions
Meet daily/weekly calling and engagement targets
Required Skills
Excellent spoken English
Strong persuasion and communication skills
Ability to manage high outbound call volumes
Target-driven and consistent
Basic MS Excel proficiency
Preferred Profile
Experience in
international BPO ,
inside sales , or
outbound calling
Familiarity with US or international sales process
IT background (BCA preferred)
