Nature of Engagement & Tenure:

Contractual for a period of 3 years, extendable upto 5 years.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance) or equivalent/M.Com.

Experience & Skill requirements: Minimum of 25 years of experience in various business functions in Banking/Finance industry preferably in Public Sector/Nationalized Banks/Financial Institutions, out of which minimum of 2 years should have been spent in two levels immediately below Board level. Relevant experience in any Govt. of India Departments/Ministries at Director or above level positions shall also be considered. Should have handled such business functions as Credit, Recovery, Risk, Audit & Compliance, Finance & Accounts, etc. during the course of career. Should have experience in handling leadership positions.

REMUNERATION:

As per
