Program Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, can derive insights and can independently take ownership of programs from conception to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute end-to-end programs and strategic initiatives across teams - Translate business problems into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables - Work closely with Product, Tech, Operations, and Business teams to drive execution - Analyze large datasets (SQL) to track program performance and identify improvement areas - Use Python (or similar tools) for basic data analysis, automation or reporting - Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them - Share regular updates, insights, and recommendations with leadership - Build scalable processes, dashboards, and documentation

Required Experience & Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Analytics or similar roles - Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment - Strong experience handling large datasets - Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis - Basic to intermediate understanding of Python (data analysis, scripts, automation) - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous setup

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving 0–1 initiative or building programs from the ground up

- Exposure to agile or fast-iteration environments - Comfort working with data to track performance and outcomes
