You'll come in, assess what exists, and help us build what should. Teams. Structures. Culture. Systems.

AI-Powered Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and hire smarter using AI tools - right people, right roles, right time
Org Design & Workforce Planning
Redesign team structures across digital + offline verticals that actually serve the business
People Analytics & Insights
Turn data into decisions — hiring trends, attrition signals, performance gaps
Compensation & Incentive Strategy
Rebuild pay structures tied to outcomes — not outdated benchmarks
Culture & Employer Branding
Shape a culture worth joining — and staying for
Leadership Pipeline
Identify, develop, and retain the people who'll carry the next phase forward
You're Made for This If:
✔ 3–5 years in HR -
but you think like someone who's seen what breaks and why ✔ AI tools are part of your
daily work
— not something you demo in interviews ✔ You understand digital and performance-driven business models ✔ You've worked in agencies, startups, or fast-moving environments ✔ You'd rather fix the root than patch the surface ✔ Modern HR education — XLRI, TISS, top MBA, or equivalent — but your
clarity of thinking matters more
Big Bonus If You've:
⭐ Rebuilt or restructured a team — not just hired for one ⭐ Used AI to design hiring funnels or automate HR workflows ⭐ Worked inside advertising, marketing, or digital-first companies ⭐ Redesigned compensation or incentive structures
