Early Joiners Preferred Role Overview We are looking for Statutory Audit professionals to join our India Practice in Gurgaon. The role involves end-to-end execution of statutory audits under Indian regulatory frameworks, working closely with seniors, managers, and partners on multiple audit engagements across sectors. CA freshers are welcome

only if they have relevant statutory audit exposure during articleship . Key Responsibilities Consultant / Senior Consultant Execute statutory audits of private, public, and listed companies Perform audit procedures in line with Standards on Auditing (SAs) Prepare audit working papers, documentation, and audit reports Assist in testing of financial statements, balances, and disclosures Support seniors in audit planning and fieldwork execution Coordinate with client finance teams for data and clarifications Assistant Manager Independently handle audit areas and supervise junior team members Perform risk assessment, audit planning, and execution reviews Review working papers and ensure audit quality and compliance Draft financial statements, CARO reports, and audit observations Liaise directly with client management for issue resolution Manager Lead statutory audit engagements end-to-end Manage timelines, team allocation, and audit deliverables Review audit files, financial statements, and final reports Handle complex accounting and auditing matters Participate in client meetings, Audit Committee interactions, and closures Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and applicable regulations Eligibility & Skill Requirements Qualification: CA Fresher / Qualified CA CA freshers must have

hands-on statutory audit experience during articleship Experience: 0–2 years: Consultant 2–4 years: Assistant Manager 4–5+ years: Manager Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 Hands-on experience with Statutory Audit (India Practice) Knowledge of Ind AS / AS (based on role level) Experience in CARO, audit documentation, and financial statement review Exposure to listed/unlisted company audits preferred Soft Skills: Strong analytical and documentation skills Ability to work under deadlines Good communication and stakeholder coordination Team handling skills (for AM/Manager levels) Additional Preferences Experience in consulting / CA firms / mid-tier / Big4 environment preferred Multiple industry exposure is a plus Early joiners will be given preference
