Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Ads operations process. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of specialists, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of Adwords campaigns, and driving continuous improvement within the operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Ads, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities: ● Team Leadership & Development: ○ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Ads operations specialists. ○ Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs. ○ Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. ○ Manage team schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to meet operational targets. ○ Onboard new team members and ensure they are well-versed in our processes and tools. ● Operations Management: ○ Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to relevant stakeholders. ○ Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of delivery. ● Reporting & Communication: ○ Generate regular reports on team performance and operational metrics ○ Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights on operational activities. ○ Act as a point of contact for escalations and inquiries related to Ads operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience: ○ Minimum 3 years of overall working experience ○ Minimum 1 years of experience in Team lead role ○ Min 1 year experience in Ads operations or a related field (digital marketing) ○ Team management skills. ○ Should be well aware of the operational terms KRA's and KPI"s ○ Should have either email, chat or voice experience- minimum 1 year
