About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our content presence across platforms and help grow Phiny’s audience through engaging, insight-driven content.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage content for Phiny across LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok Create and publish short-form videos, carousels, and social media posts focused on careers, hiring insights, and job preparation Use AI tools to generate, edit, and optimize content efficiently Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality video content pieces Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across platforms Track and analyze social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth Identify trends and opportunities to create timely and relevant content Maintain a structured repository of social media assets, content ideas, and performance insights

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in social media management or content marketing

Required Skills

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok content formats Experience with video content creation and basic editing tools Familiarity with AI tools for content creation Strong storytelling and content ideation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
