About the Role We are looking for a

Senior Frontend Developer

to build and scale modern, high-performance web and mobile applications. This role involves designing frontend architecture, implementing complex user interfaces, and collaborating closely with backend, product, and design teams. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in

technical decision-making, performance optimization, and mentoring other developers

across both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture for web and mobile applications Define and enforce coding standards and best practices Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers Participate in technical planning and system design Application Development Build high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript Develop or contribute to cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter Implement reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components Integrate with REST and/or GraphQL APIs Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design Performance & Quality Optimize application performance across devices and browsers Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests Handle error tracking, logging, and monitoring Maintain accessibility and usability standards Collaboration Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions Contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions

Required Skills React.js

(modern hooks and patterns) – 5+ years TypeScript

– 3+ years State management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) – 3+ years HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design – 5+ years REST or GraphQL API integration – 5+ years Git and code review workflows – 5+ years Strong experience in performance optimization

Mobile Development (Preferred) React Native or Flutter – 1–3+ years Cross-platform mobile UI development Mobile performance optimization App store deployment (iOS/Android)

Good to Have Next.js or similar frameworks (SSR/SSG) Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Design systems and component libraries (Storybook) Build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.) CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) Docker or containerized deployments Ideal Candidate Profile Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Experience working on large-scale or production-grade applications Exposure to both web and mobile frontend development Good understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns Ability to work independently and lead features end-to-end Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code
