Supply Executive

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Executive located in Gurgaon. The Supply Executive will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting outbound calling, maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring a consistent and reliable supply of talent for operational requirements.

The role requires close coordination with internal teams to understand manpower requirements, track candidate pipelines, and ensure timely closures while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling to source and screen blue-collar candidates through job portals, internal databases, and referrals. Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and documentation records. Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, onboarding steps, documentation, and joining timelines. Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure a steady supply of candidates. Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, sourcing partners, and placement agencies to strengthen the candidate pipeline. Track daily calling activity, candidate follow-ups, and hiring progress to ensure timely closures. Ensure proper documentation and basic verification details are collected from candidates before onboarding. Maintain organized records and assist in improving recruitment processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications Strong communication and calling skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates. Experience in telecalling, recruitment coordination, operations support, or a similar role is preferred. Good data management and record-keeping abilities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple candidate interactions and follow-ups effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
