What You’ll Do As a Senior Marketer, you’ll own content creation across formats and

distribution across channels to drive growth

Campaigns & Growth Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand authority. Write as well as partner with the content team to amplify blogs, videos, and webinars through social, email, and paid. Run growth experiments (landing pages, lead magnets, retargeting campaigns) and optimize content for conversions.

Events & Webinars Own the strategy and execution of illumine webinars and demo days — from promotions to attendee engagement. Plan & execute participation in industry expos, conferences, and workshops. Repurpose event/webinar content into scalable assets (snippets, reels, carousels, case studies).

Analytics & Reporting Track key marketing metrics (MQLs, webinar sign-ups, CTR, CAC). Build monthly dashboards for leadership on campaign, community, and social media performance. Continuously refine strategy based on data.

What You’ll Bring 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing. Strong background in

campaigns, demand generation, events and content marketing Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). Analytical mindset with experience in setting up dashboards & KPIs. Excellent project management skills — able to handle multiple campaigns/events. A growth-driven mindset: eager to experiment, test, and scale what works.
