Job Description

We are looking for a highly proactive and communication-driven Talent Acquisition Intern (HR & Operations) to help us build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline across multiple roles.

This role is not about occasional hiring. This role is about continuous talent scouting, coordination, and pipeline management so that the organization always has ready-to-join candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Continuous Talent Scouting & Outreach • Identify and connect with potential candidates daily via LinkedIn, Instagram, job portals, and other channels • Initiate conversations and conduct basic screening • Maintain a consistent flow of new candidate leads



2. Hiring Pipeline & Bench Building • Build and maintain a structured database of prospects • Prioritize candidates with active notice periods (30–60 days) • Ensure a healthy pipeline across recurring role categories



3. Assignment & Evaluation Coordination • Share assignments with candidates • Follow up for submissions and timelines • Coordinate with internal teams for evaluation • Communicate feedback and rework requests



4. Interview Coordination & Follow-ups • Schedule and manage interviews • Track candidate status and progress • Maintain regular communication with prospects



5. Candidate Relationship Management • Keep potential candidates engaged and warm • Perform periodic follow-ups • Capture availability, compensation expectations, and notice period details



6. Internal Team & Operational Coordination • Work closely with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements • Align workflows, schedules, and updates • Ensure tracking systems remain updated
