large inside sales or Telecalling teams (50+ members) .
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to lead and manage a large inside sales/telecalling team focused on loan products. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of credit products, and the ability to drive aggressive sales targets while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
Drive the team to achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales and disbursement targets .
Monitor productivity and ensure consistent improvement in sales performance.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a
large sales team (50+ members)
including supervisors and agents.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and quality monitoring of calls.
Provide feedback on
sales pitch, objection handling, tonality, and closing techniques .
3. Operational Management
Manage and optimize key sales KPIs such as
conversion rates, average handling time (AHT), and revenue per RM .
Ensure smooth functioning of the
telecalling / inside sales operations .
4. Hiring & Team Development
Lead
recruitment, onboarding, and training
of new team members to scale operations.
Build a high-performing sales culture through structured training and continuous mentoring.
5. Sales Strategy & Reporting
Analyse sales data, pipeline, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare
performance dashboards and reports
for senior management.
6. Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure all sales activities and loan processes follow
internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India .
7. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Track
market trends, competitor strategies, and product positioning
to refine sales approach.
