Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub. ServiceNow Release upgrade testing ServiceNow Application security administration User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices Must have excellent communication and presentation skills Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
