CONFERENCE PRODUCER/SPEAKER ACQUISITION

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Conference Producer to join our Business Development team. The role involves identifying, approaching, and converting decision-makers (Speakers) for Techmagnate’s webinars, conferences, workshops, and industry-specific events. You will be the first point of contact in building relationships with senior professionals and ensuring strong participation in our thought-leadership initiatives. Key Responsibilities Research and identify target audience for Techmagnate’s events/webinars. Inviting Speakers for the events. Drive delegates through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels. Explain event value proposition and secure registrations/participation. Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and conversions in CRM. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on target audience and messaging. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly acquisition targets. Build long-term professional relationships with industry stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation. Strong communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal). Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly with senior professionals. Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Prior experience in digital marketing or event acquisition will be an added advantage.
