Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Financial Analyst based in Pune. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and providing insights for decision-making. The role involves creating financial reports, assisting in budget management, and supporting the financial health and stability of the organization through strategic analysis and reporting.

Qualifications Solid expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Finance Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data effectively Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements Detail-oriented with sound critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) preferred Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools Proven experience in financial analysis, with a track record of providing actionable insights
