Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (SD2 / SD3) who is strong in backend engineering and infrastructure, and has hands-on experience deploying AI/ML workloads in production.

This role is about building and operating systems, not doing ML research.

What You’ll Do Design and build scalable backend services using JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.Js) Own PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, and query optimization Use Redis for caching, queues, and performance-critical paths Design and maintain APIs consumed by mobile and web apps Build async and background processing systems Deploy and operate custom ML / AI models as part of backend workflows Work on cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) Improve reliability, observability, and performance Participate in architecture discussions and mentor engineers

Must-Have Skills Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.Js) Deep understanding of PostgreSQL Hands-on experience with Redis Experience designing scalable backend systems Experience with cloud infrastructure Experience deploying custom ML / AI models in production (model serving, batch jobs, inference pipelines — not research)

Good to Have Docker and Kubernetes Message queues (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ) CI/CD pipelines Monitoring and alerting Experience with AI workloads (embeddings, classification, automation) Exposure to cost optimization for compute-heavy systems
