The successful candidate in this role will support the delivery of executive search projects across India, Africa, and UAE.

What to expect:

Source, screen and validate top talent relevant to specific roles, current and future business needs to prepare a candidate-slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivations rather than sell a role. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that lead to customer delight. Own and track talent (external) plan against target timeline, cost, and quality benchmarks for the global recruiting function. Participate in special projects/recruiting and employer branding initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, candidate experience and employer visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of both internal and external candidates.

Essential qualifications & experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field; Master's degree is preferred. 5+ years’ experience recruiting talent (mid-senior roles) for roles based in Africa and the Middle East across pharmaceuticals/consumer goods industries.

Desired skills & attributes:

Highly curious/inquisitive, self-starter by nature with demonstrated ability to internalize functional requirements for different recruiting projects to succeed in hiring. Experience recruiting talent across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or consumer goods industries. Proficiency in resourcing active talent from various job boards with an expert level for 'LinkedIn Recruiter'. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal, external stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
