Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic ads, native ads, CPC/CPM platforms, or digital advertising sales
- Strong understanding of how AdTech platforms work, including campaign setup, optimization, budgets, and performance metrics
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or performance marketing teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to explain product value clearly and handle high-level brand discussions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and ensure retention Target-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and manage brand accounts Understand client requirements and translate them into campaign setups
- Explain PopBrain's performance model and platform process
Maintain strong relationships with marketing teams and agencies
- Manage ongoing campaigns and coordinate with internal teams Handle client queries, reporting, and performance improvement calls Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Ensure consistent account retention and satisfaction

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer satisfaction skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of digital advertising, AdTech, and AI technologies
Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Experience in the AdTech or AI-driven marketing industry is a plus
