Role Overview
The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across departments, with a strong focus on attracting top-tier talent in digital marketing, media, creative, tech, and performance marketing roles. This role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support)
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices
Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house preferred)
Proven experience hiring for digital marketing, tech, or media roles
Strong sourcing and networking capabilities (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics
