About the Internship
DigitalTek Solutions is offering a
3-month internship opportunity
for individuals interested in building a career in the
U.S. and Canadian staffing and recruitment industry .
This internship provides hands-on exposure to
business development, lead generation, recruitment sourcing, and client engagement strategies
used by staffing firms across North America.
Interns will work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical insight into how staffing companies identify opportunities, engage clients, and build candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research to identify potential client organizations for staffing services
• Assist in generating leads within the U.S. and Canadian staffing markets
• Support business development activities including prospect research and outreach preparation
• Source potential candidates through job boards and professional networking platforms
• Assist recruiters in reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates
• Maintain organized records of leads, client contacts, and candidate pipelines
• Support documentation and reporting related to recruitment and business development activities
• Participate in team discussions on sales strategies and recruitment processes
