Role Description

The Key Account Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. The role involves managing key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role will include resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

- Proven abilities in Account Management and Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. - Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and interpret data for strategic decision-making. - Exceptional Communication Skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in Customer Service to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. - Proactive and solution-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in a sales or account management role, particularly in skill development or training sectors, is an advantage.
