Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our interior design projects are executed seamlessly from post-production to final delivery. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Supervise and oversee the daily operations on-site for interior projects. Ensure work progresses according to the approved timeline, maintaining productivity. Monitor project budget, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and report discrepancies.

Team Supervision & Coordination Lead and direct construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring the appropriate workforce is on-site. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations by all team members. Resolve onsite issues or disputes efficiently and professionally.

Quality Control Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety codes, and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and specifications. Address construction defects and implement corrective actions promptly.

Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact between the client, design team, contractors, and other stakeholders. Communicate project requirements, schedules, and progress reports to all relevant parties. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection results. Track project changes and delays, ensuring proper documentation for future reference. Report project status and potential issues to senior management.

Safety Management Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for workers and subcontractors. Identify safety hazards and implement corrective measures.

Scheduling & Logistics Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely task completion. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for the timely procurement and delivery of materials. Manage site access logistics, traffic, and other relevant issues.

Cost Management Monitor and control project costs to adhere to budget constraints. Manage change orders and variations in project scope, ensuring documentation and communication. Collaborate with procurement and accounts to manage payment processes for contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications: - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the interior design or construction industry. - Strong understanding of interior design principles and project management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently on-site. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. - Proficient in using project management software and tools.
