Role Overview
The Vice President – Human Resources will lead Signzy’s people strategy, culture, and HR governance. This role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a high-performance, compliant, and values-driven organization, ensuring strong talent, leadership capability, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
People & Talent Strategy
Define and execute the overall HR and people strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Oversee hiring across leadership, technology, product, sales, and operations
Strengthen employer branding and ensure consistent, high-quality hiring practices
Performance, Rewards & ESOPs
Own performance management frameworks, goal setting, and appraisal cycles
Design and manage compensation, variable pay, and ESOP programs aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
Learning, Leadership & Culture
Build leadership and people-manager capability across the organization
Champion company culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives
HR Operations, Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, POSH, data protection, and employment regulations
Oversee HR operations including policies, payroll, benefits, audits, and HR systems
Organizational Effectiveness
Support organizational changes and leadership initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees on people matters
Qualifications & Experience
10–15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology-led organizations.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR governance
Experience working closely with founders, leadership teams, and boards
Proven capability in compensation design, ESOPs, and performance management
Strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills.
