Role Summary: We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, conduct site visits, present project options, and close sales. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and on-ground presence.

Key Responsibilities: Handle leads and understand buyer needs Conduct project/site visits with prospects Present pricing, offers, and loan support Coordinate documentation and closure Maintain ethical sales and relationship management

Requirements: Minimum 1 year real-estate experience Good communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and comfortable with field sales Weekend availability as required
