We are looking for an experienced

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with Australian payroll experience.

The consultant will be responsible for payroll support, troubleshooting payroll issues, ensuring compliance with Australian payroll regulations, and assisting with payroll configuration and integrations. More details as below.

Experience: 8+ years Work Location: India (Remote) Contract Period: 3 months, extendable Shift : Australia Shift - 5 am to 2 pm IST

Allocation : March- April: 20 hrs/wk May-June: 40 hrs/wk

Required Skills & Experience 7+ years

hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) Strong background in

Australian payroll processes and statutory regulations . Full lifecycle implementation experience (at least 2 end‑to‑end projects). Proficiency in: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Payroll configuration (schemas, PCRs, wage types, infotypes) SAP HR/Payroll (desirable) SAP CPI / integrations (advantage) Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication background.
