Job description • Company Description Raj Deep ENVIROCON LLP, based in Pune, specializes in providing turnkey solutions and manufacturing equipment for Pneumatic Conveying Systems, Dust Collection Systems, Grain Handling Systems, Air Pollution Control Systems, and Bulk Solids Handling Systems. The company excels in designing and manufacturing associated equipment like Bag Filters, Dust Collectors, Rotary Valves, Screw Conveyors, Cyclones, Centrifugal Fans, and more.

Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer at Raj Deep ENVIROCON LLP in Pune. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing various equipment and systems related to Pneumatic Conveying, Dust Collection, and Air Pollution Control. The role will involve working on detailed design tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality and performance of the designed systems.

Qualifications : Post : Design Engineer Education: BE Mechanical Location : Pune Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Responsibility Release of Detailed Engineering drawing and Bill of Material for Air Pollution Control equipment, pneumatic conveying system such as Bag filters, Scrubbers, Etc. Leading the team of Engineers/Draftsmen’s. Design of above equipment's as per IS, BS, ASME Codes based on requirements. Preparation of P & I diagram and General Arrangement drawings. Responsible for Engineering of Bought out components and preparation of Bill of Materials and Technical offer evaluation. Lead the planning & implementation of engineering releases in line with Project requirements. Resources planning and allocation. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide guidance and support to the Engg team Support Team members in Problem Solving Ensure right first time of engineering releases. Co-ordination with Vendors, customer, consultants. Need base support to Pre-sales Engineering, site, QA, Projects, Materials depts etc.

Critical competencies: Good Academics Background. Domain knowledge about Mechanical Design of Air Pollution Control equipment, Pneumatic Material Handling Equipment’s, Process Equipment’s, Etc. Knowledge of Indian and International Standards such as IS, BS, ASME Codes, etc. Knowledge of Engg Depts procedures and processes. Knowledge of quality management and standards Communication skills along with man-management skills. Ability to handle the consultants & customers queries, conflicts, and complaints. Ability to assess risk & challenges and take proactive plans / actions to mitigate the same. Working Knowledge of ERP Systems.
