who can hold the story of a resort in their hands, from raw land to a living, breathing destination. Someone who doesn’t just design buildings but shapes experiences: where guests pause, what they notice first, what stays with them long after they leave. In this role, you will: Read a landscape before drawing on it. Translate vision into plans that actually get built. Hold design intent steady even when timelines, budgets, and realities push back. Work seamlessly with planners, consultants, forest and government authorities, and hospitality partners like Taj and Oberoi—ensuring every decision, on-site and on paper, preserves the story.
