Job Summary
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships across the lifecycle of office interior projects. The role focuses on ensuring a superior client experience, effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and long-term customer satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients after project onboarding, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the engagement.
Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and ensure they are effectively communicated to internal stakeholders.
Proactively manage client expectations related to timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and commercial terms.
Coordinate closely with design, project execution, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify potential risks or client concerns early and take corrective actions to prevent escalation.
Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction check-ins to strengthen relationships.
Support client retention, repeat business, and referrals by delivering a consistently positive client experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action points.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in Business Development or CRM Role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Problem-solving mindset.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing roles is preferred
