ServiceNow Developer (AI/ML - GenAI Solutions)

We are hiring a

Senior ServiceNow AI Developer

with

strong, hands-on experience in Generative AI . This role is meant for professionals who have

already built and deployed AI-driven solutions

on ServiceNow—not for those experimenting or learning on the job. You will own the design and delivery of

Generative AI use cases

across ITSM and enterprise workflows, helping reduce human dependency, improve response quality, and drive intelligent automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy

Generative AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform Implement and customize

Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent (GenAI-based) Build intelligent workflows using

Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts Integrate ServiceNow with

LLMs and AI platforms

(Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, enterprise AI APIs) Develop prompt strategies, response controls, and grounding mechanisms for GenAI Automate incident, request, and knowledge workflows using AI-driven logic Work closely with business stakeholders to convert real problems into AI solutions Ensure solutions are

secure, scalable, explainable, and production-ready Optimize performance and continuously improve AI outcomes post-deployment Must-Have Skills & Experience

5+ years of

hands-on ServiceNow development Mandatory experience with Generative AI implementations Strong experience with

ServiceNow AI features , including: Now Assist Virtual Agent (GenAI/NLU-based) AI Search Predictive Intelligence (supporting role) Proven experience integrating

LLMs via REST APIs Solid expertise in

JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules Experience with

Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom orchestration Clear understanding of

prompt engineering, hallucination control, and data grounding Ability to independently design, implement, and own AI solutions end-to-end Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, AI-related) Experience in AI-first or product-led environments Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and enterprise security standards Prior work on measurable AI impact (MTTR reduction, deflection rate, automation %) What We Offer
