The Role Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects across the business. This is a true generalist role where you'll shift between strategy, operations, marketing, and execution daily.

What you'll do: Support business planning, operational improvements, talent acquisition and growth initiatives Assist with partnerships, investor relations, and special projects Contribute to product development and customer experience optimization Own founder-level priorities that directly impact revenue and growth

What We Need

Must-haves: 2+ years of professional experience (startup/consulting/operations/marketing) Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) Can juggle multiple projects and context-switch rapidly Self-starter who solves problems without hand-holding Eagerness to learn
