Job Responsibilities:

Help clients to develop results-driven strategies, which include financial spreading and modelling, critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth research Perform trading and transaction comparable analyses and financial statements analyses including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc Creating portfolio monitoring templates for iLevel / Alluve platforms Updating monthly / quarterly financials on a recurring basis Assistance with DDQ template creation and updating reporting template for annual review Perform trading and transaction comparable analyses and financial statements analyses including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc. Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations Conduct quality checks of client deliverables Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management and information/knowledge needs assessment. Experience:

2-6 years of experience in quantitative analysis, including dashboard creation, financial spreading and modelling, trading comps, transactions comps, review and summarizing reports, benchmarking, company profiling, etc. Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration from a top-tier business school.
