Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Development Engineer specializing in web technologies including MERN, Next.js, and NestJS. Based in Thane, the role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust web applications for our SaaS platform. You will engage in back-end development, implement scalable solutions, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly products. Additional responsibilities include ensuring code quality, adhering to best practices, and actively participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

Qualifications Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design Experience in Back-End Web Development, including knowledge of MERN stack, Next.js, and NestJS Expertise in Software Development, Programming, and hands-on coding in modern programming languages Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient web applications Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced technical certifications are a plus Familiarity with cloud-based architecture, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is beneficial Experience working in the SaaS domain and an understanding of temple or religious organization operations is an advantage
